Cancellation Policy:
All refunds for illness on the part of  Ambassador Guides will be refunded for the fishing trip only.  All refunds for any mechanical breakdowns will be refunded on a pro-rated basis as to the time of the day on the water.  There are no refunds for inclment weather/water conditions that can arise in the Southwest.  If there is no launch per customer or Guide another date will be given and is good for 1 year from the original date and is not transferable.  A full refund for cancellation for 30 days notice.   Because we understand emergencies arise, If 14 days or less no refund will be give but another day will be put on the books and good for 1 year.  This is due to the fact that Ambassador Guides books in advance with it’s clients.   We guarantee  client confidentiality.
