Don’t Forget Your Favorite Anglers this Father’s Day ~ He will thank you!

This past month we have had some extremely good fishing for largemouth, smallmouth and stripers.  The fish gods have cooperated extremely well and my customers have been extremely happy with their success and they are taking alot of fish home that’s for sure.  Fly fishing has been really producing and we will have a couple more weeks with this weather with no changes in equipment at all.  Bait fishing has been the ticket for alot of fish in the channels.  For largemouth and smallmouth early and late are best.

I recommend 1/2 days for all species as the boaters and the heat has arrived.  You are seeing the fish go down early so if you are wanting a full day I recommend 2 – 1/2 days.    Also seeing lots of issues with Kayakers staying tied up at the dock and they are not supposed to by NPS Law and Boaters are loading up down at the ramp.  Protocol is to load your boat at the top so you take the least amount of time when you arrive at the water’s edge.   If you see something, find a Park Ranger and report it.

Ambassador Guides with the new Can-Spam law has their privacy policy in place as of May 25, 2018 and you can locate at the bottom of our website page.

Licensing:  If you are an AZ Resident you will need a UT Stamp as you cross over into UT waters.  If you are not an AZ resident, pick up a 3 day minimum UT as they are reciprocal with AZ so you do not need an AZ license.  If you are a UT “you are good to go”.

Here are some great shots of our May and June clients.  It was a “tightline'” kind of month.
