The cold blustery weather the past two weeks has kept me close to the fireplace but that has all changed now. Fair skies and warmer temperatures arrived so it was time to go fishing. Dale Barsness from Duck Creek UT was casting for stripers in Navajo Canyon using a deep diving Norman DD22 lure in 20 feet of murky water. Fish are grinning at Lake Powell. All of the little necessities for successful fish life are perfect. Largemouth fishing is excellent
Lake Powell elevation: 3620.88 Largemouth fishing is excellent. Look for sunny spots on rocks. Largemouth will rise looking for that spot. Use jigs or sinkos if not luck try swim baits.
